Motorcyclist Killed in Crash at Willow Glen Road and East Mission Road [FALLBROOK, CA]

Fatal Motorcycle Accident on Willow Glen Road in Fallbrook

 
FALLBROOK, CA (May 25, 2019) – A motorcyclist was killed in a traffic collision Saturday afternoon just East of Fallbrook, the California Highway Patrol reported.
 
The crash occurred a little after 1:00 p.m. along East Mission Road, near the intersection with Willow Glen Road.
 
According to an initial reports, the motorcycle was believed to be the only vehicle involved in the crash. The rider found lying on the ground, about 50 feet off the roadway, with fatal injuries.
 
The victim, whose identity was not immediately available, was pronounced dead at the scene.
 
A road sign was reportedly damaged from the crash.
