Motorcyclist Killed in 91 Freeway Crash Near University Avenue [Riverside, CA]

Rider Dead in Motorcycle Accident on 91 Freeway Near University Avenue

 
RIVERSIDE, CA (March 14, 2019) – Authorities are investigating Tuesday’s deadly motorcycle collision on the 91 Freeway near University Avenue.
 
The incident happened around 2:30 p.m. California Highway Patrol, Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire and City of Riverside Fire Departments and an ambulance arrived after receiving reports.
 
Investigators relied on CCTV camera systems to verify where the motorcycle crashed but could not locate the rider. However, with the help of witnesses, officials found the motorcyclist’s body near the University Avenue off-ramp.
 
The rider died in the crash and has yet to be identified by the coroner’s office.
 
Per reports, authorities are investigating the incident to determine the liabilities.
