WOODSIDE, CA (July 22, 2019) – A rider died in a motorcycle accident on Highway 84 on July 19 in Woodside.
 
Authorities received reports of the accident at 4:50 p.m. on state Highway 84 about a half-mile west of Portola Road, San Mateo County sheriff’s Detective Rosemerry Blankswade revealed.
 
Blankswade added that a rider collided with a car and sustained very severe injuries.
 
The motorcyclist died at the scene.
