Motorcyclist Injured in Crash on Spruce Street Near 12th Street [Newhall, CA]

Injuries Result Following Dirt Bike and Car Collision in Newhall

NEWHALL, CA (November 8, 2019)—A rider suffered injuries in a crash with a vehicle along Spruce Street near 12th Street Thursday afternoon.

The incident took place around 4:10 p.m. between 12th and 13th streets, reports said.

The unidentified rider collided with a silver passenger vehicle, knocking him more than 200 feet onto the asphalt. According to a witness, the unidentified man was seen shrieking in pain as he lay on the road.

Paramedics arrived shortly after and treated him at the scene before transporting him to a local hospital.

It’s unclear at this point what caused the collision, but an investigator plans to explore the events that occurred prior to the impact.
