Motorcycle and Sedan Collide on Highway 14 in Acton Injuring the Rider
ACTON, CA (May 23, 2019) – A motorcyclist was injured following a traffic collision Thursday morning in Acton.
The collision happened around 5:10 a.m. on southbound Highway 14, just North of Santiago Road.
CHP officials responded to the scene and located a silver 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer and a motorcycle. The rider sustained a possible leg injuries as a result of the accident.
Emergency crews arrived and took the injured rider to a hospital.
The motorcycle was towed away from the crash site.
Details are sparse on what exactly transpired to cause the collision. Further investigation is underway.
