Man Injured in Seattle Motorcycle Accident
SEATTLE, WA (June 14, 2019) – A motorcyclist suffered critical injuries Monday following a crash at 35th Avenue Northeast and Northeast 75th Street.
According to the Seattle Police Department, paramedics and officers responded to the scene around 5:15 p.m.
Authorities found a 22-year-old motorcyclist with severe injuries and quickly brought him to Harborview Medical Center where he remains in critical condition.
According to witnesses, the 87-year-old man behind the wheel of the pickup truck attempted a left-hand turn right before the cars collided.
Following the accident, a drug recognition expert evaluated the driver but found no signs of impairment. However, the crash remains under investigation.
