Biker Hurt in Fresno Motorcycle Accident
FRESNO, CA (April 24, 2019) – A motorcyclist suffered injuries in a collision with a Mercedes car on southbound Highway 99 on April 20.
CHP revealed that it’s possible that the Yamaha motorcyclist rode at high speed before crashing to the vehicle on the off-ramp to Fresno Street.
Meanwhile, Spokesman Victor Taylor stated that medical responders transported the rider to Community Regional Medical Center. Reports revealed that the motorcyclist is in moderate condition. Furthermore, the rider suffered body abrasions and a possible fractured foot.
According to some witnesses, they saw the rider flew over the Mercedes after the collision. Taylor added that the rider might have traveled at around 70 mph during the crash.
Authorities ruled out drugs or alcohol as a factor in the collision.
