Rider Fatally Struck in Motorcycle Accident near Princeton Street
SACRAMENTO, CA (May 20, 2019) – A motorcyclist was killed Friday afternoon following a collision on El Camino Avenue, near Princeton Street.
According to reports, the collision happened around 12:40 p.m. First responders arrived to the area shortly after receiving multiple dispatch calls.
Police currently believe the motorcyclist was traveling west on El Camino while the car was headed south on Princeton Street, when the two collided.
The rider suffered life-threatening injuries as a result of the impact. Paramedics rushed the rider to a nearby hospital due to the extent of injuries. The victim eventually succumbed to their injuries.
