SPOKANE, WA (January 22, 2023) – Friday night, a motorcyclist died in an auto accident on Sprague Avenue and Interstate 90.
 
The incident happened on the Sprague Avenue onramp to westbound Interstate 90.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, a motorcyclist lost control for still unknown reasons and struck the left side jersey barrier. Then, the force of the crash ejected the motorcyclist into the roadway. Eventually, a passing vehicle struck the motorcyclist. Meanwhile, the vehicle driver fled the scene without stopping.
 
Moreover, officers confirmed that the motorcyclist died in the crash.
 
Furthermore, authorities withheld the identity of the deceased, pending notification to the next of kin.
