Two-Vehicle Collision on Koala and Vintage Roads Involving Semi Injures Motorcyclist
Adelanto, CA (June 27, 2020)– One motorcyclist was airlifted after a collision with a semi on Koala and Vintage Roads on Thursday afternoon.
Officials responded to the crash on June 25 at the intersection of Koala and Vintage Roads in Adelanto. They arrived at the scene around 1:30 p.m. and found a motorcycle down on the road.
Officials requested a helicopter when they located the 2005 Harley-Davidson Road Glide. The motorcycle rider was moved to a landing zone and was airlifted to Loma Linda University Medical Center via H325.
The rider’s condition is still unclear as of the moment.
Moreover, the double-trailer semi pulled over along Koala just north of Vintage road. The driver was reportedly uninjured from the collision. Furthermore, the semi driver helped with the police investigation.
The Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station is conducting the investigation. In addition, further details of the crash will be released when available.
