Officer Brought to Hospital Following 2-Vehicle Accident in Van Nuys
VAN NUYS, CA (February 14, 2020)—A motorcycle officer suffered an injury following a two-vehicle crash near Van Nuys Boulevard and Keswick Street Wednesday morning.
According to Officer Mike Lopez, an LAPD spokesman, the incident happened around 10:50 a.m.
Investigators are unsure as to what drove the two-vehicle accident that caused the officer to fall from his motorcycle.
The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene whereas paramedics brought the officer to a local hospital to be evaluated.
