KILLEEN, TX [July 2, 2024) – Sunday night, a tragic motorcycle crash on Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard and Hackberry Drive killed one person.

The incident happened at around 11:36 p.m. on Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard and Hackberry Drive.

According to reports, a northbound 2017 Suzuki motorcycle that was traveling at a high rate of speed, collided with a southbound 2014 GMC cargo van that was turning left.

Moreover, responders pronounced the driver of the motorcycle dead at the scene. Then, paramedics rushed the passenger of the motorcycle to Baylor Scott and White Hospital with critical injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
