Michael Tomlinson Dead, Rogelio Cuin Arrested in Hit-and-Run Bicycle Crash on Wood Canyon Drive at Westridge Drive

 
ALISO VIEJO, CA (January 31, 2019) – A bicyclist lost his life early Wednesday when he was struck by a hit-and-run vehicle on Wood Canyon Drive at Westridge Drive.
 
The deadly event unfolded at approximately 6:30 a.m. Michael David Tomlinson was biking across Wood Canyon Drive at Westridge Drive when he was struck by a Volvo, Carrie Braun of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department said.
 
The driver kept going but witnesses were able to provide deputies with a description of the vehicle.
 
Officers found the suspected Volvo a short distance away and arrested Rogelio Martinez Cuin, who was determined to be the man behind the wheel. The 42-year-old was booked for felony hit-and-run.
