GLENDALE, CA (November 25, 2021) – Wednesday morning, authorities arrested Michael Taylor in a hit-and-run crash on Pacific Avenue.
 
According to authorities, the incident happened at around 9:00 a.m. Moreover, it occurred at the intersection of Pacific Avenue and Colorado Street.
