Travis County, TX (December 11, 2023) On Sunday morning, a big rig crash on FM 969 left a person dead while another was hospitalized.
According to the Austin Fire Department, the fatal accident happened around 10:20 a.m. at the 11000 block of FM 969 near FM 973.
Reports say that a semi-truck collided with another vehicle, officials declared a person dead at the scene and another person was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center with potentially serious injuries.
Authorities are investigating the fatal semi-truck accident and have not released further information at this time.
