Afternoon Car Crash on Lower Honcut Road in Marysville Hurts Two
MARYSVILLE, CA (April 19, 2019) – Two people were hurt following a traffic collision Friday afternoon in Marysville.
The collision happened around 4:11 p.m. at the intersection of Lower Honcut Road and La Porte Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a blue Nissan Altima and a Chevrolet Tahoe were involved for unknown reasons.
When officers arrived, they located a woman with lacerations to the face and complained of pain to the chest. A second occupant was also found with a complaint of chest pain.
Both patients were taken by ambulance to a hospital for proper treatment.
There were no descriptions of any vehicular damages but both vehicles were towed away from the crash site.
An ongoing investigation continues to determine the ultimate cause of the accident and liability.
