Pedestrian Accident on Marguerite Parkway Kills Marty Mannani
Mission Viejo, CA (July 27, 2020) – On Sunday, 64-year-old Marty Mannani of San Juan Capistrano was killed in a pedestrian crash on Marguerite Parkway.
The fatal incident took place at around 7:35 p.m. on July 26 near Alerzal.
The police report said the victim was crossing the street when he was hit by an SUV.
Mannani, unfortunately, died at the scene.
Authorities have not yet determined if Mannani was in a crosswalk when the accident happened.
Meanwhile, the involved SUV driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. Police stated he was not intoxicated.
Police continue to investigate the incident.
