Mark Maggiore Arrested Following DUI Pedestrian Accident on Brentwood Boulevard and Fir Street
BRENTWOOD, CA (May 16, 2019) – A Tuesday afternoon DUI pedestrian accident left a teen with injuries on Brentwood Boulevard and Fir Street.
According to authorities, medics brought the teen to UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital in Oakland in stable condition.
It appears a 58-year-old Brentwood resident struck the teen with his southbound Ford F-250, causing him moderate injuries.
Upon questioning Mark Maggiore, authorities said the Brentwood man showed signs of impairment. Maggiore was under the influence around 3:25 p.m. when he struck the 14-year-old walking along Brentwood Boulevard’s shoulder.
Authorities noted that the teen suffered a medical emergency, causing him to walk into the southbound lanes.
