2 People Hurt in Snyder Semi-Truck Accident on Highway 84
SNYDER, TX (March 8, 2023) – On Monday, Marisa Hayden Upshaw and Riley Hayden-Hayes sustained injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Highway 84.
The incident happened on northbound Highway 84.
According to CHP reports, a semi-truck collided with a northbound vehicle for still unknown reasons. Then, the semi-truck fled the scene without rendering aid.
Moreover, responders rushed to the scene and extricated Riley Hayden-Hayes who was trapped inside the vehicle. Then, paramedics airlifted Riley Hayden-Hayes to University Medical Center with minor injuries. Also, the vehicle driver sustained injured discs, pinched nerves, and a broken finger.
At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
Due to the limited information available, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
