Man, Woman Dead in Two-Car Accident on South Mendocino Avenue [Parlier, CA]

2 Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash on South Mendocino Avenue Near Manning Avenue

 
PARLIER, CA (March 12, 2019) – A two-vehicle crash Monday night on South Mendocino Avenue near Manning Avenue claimed two people’s lives.
 
The crash happened around 8:30 p.m. south of Manning Avenue.
 
According to California Highway Patrol spokesman Victor Taylor, a man traveling north on Mendocino Avenue in a Dodge 3500 collided with a southbound Dodge Caravan, driven by a woman. As a result of the accident, both drivers died on impact.
 
Authorities are unsure whether alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision. However, an investigation of this case is underway. Investigators are encouraging witnesses to come forward if they know anything about the crash.
