Man Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Orange Grove Boulevard [Pasadena, CA]

Pasadena, CA (February 11, 2022) On Wednesday, a male pedestrian was killed in a pedestrian accident on Orange Grove Boulevard.

The Pasadena Police Department’s (PPD) reports say that a man was found unconscious just before 7 p.m. in the area of Orange Grove Boulevard and Rosemont Avenue.

First responders took the man to a local hospital for immediate treatment.

Unfortunately, he was dead upon arrival at the hospital.

Moreover, officers say that this was initially thought of as a “hit-and-run” crash.

Instead, they had driven to the closest safe parking spot before pulling over and did not flee the scene.

Afterward, the police say that the suspect driver was driving without a license and arrested him on the spot.

PPD’s traffic section is conducting an investigation and has not released any information as of yet.
