Rear-End Crash on 15 Freeway in Yermo Ends in Fatality

 
YERMO, CA (November 26, 2019) – An unidentified man died following a rear-end crash Tuesday night in Yermo, authorities said.
 
The crash happened around 6:04 p.m., on northbound 15 Freeway at Calico Road off-ramp.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, a car slammed into the back of another vehicle for unknown reasons. As a result, one occupant suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene.
 
The victim was described as a 42-year-old Hayward man. Authorities will release his name once family members are properly notified.
 
The incident is still on active investigation while authorities finalize the investigation.
