1 Dead in San Miguel Two-Vehicle Accident on Indian Valley Road and Vineyard Canyon Road

 
SAN MIGUEL, CA (April 5, 2022) – Monday afternoon, a 24-year-old Paso Robles man died in a crash on Indian Valley Road and Vineyard Canyon Road.
 
The incident happened at about 3:35 p.m. on Indian Valley Road and Vineyard Canyon Road.
 
According to reports, two men rode a Mazda 3 north on Indian Valley Road. Meanwhile, a southbound Chevrolet Silverado traveled on Vineyard Canyon Road.
 
As the Mazda approached the intersection, the driver turned left into Chevy’s path and the two cars crashed head-on.
 
As a result, the 24-year-old Mazda passenger didn’t wear a seatbelt and died at the scene. His identity remains undisclosed due to pending family notification.
 
Meanwhile, the Mazda driver sustained moderate injuries and responders took them to a nearby hospital in San Luis Obispo.
 
Also, the Chevy driver sustained minor injuries and didn’t require hospitalization.
 
Furthermore, the authorities o not believe that drugs and alcohol played a role in the crash.
 
Due to the limited information available, the authorities continue to investigate the crash.
