Pedestrian Suffers Injury in San Diego Hit-and-Run Crash
SAN DIEGO, CA (December 9, 2019) — A 64-year-old man suffered severe injuries Friday after a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Front Street near West Washington Avenue.
The crash happened around 8:45 a.m. in the 4000 block of Front Street. However, police did not release many details.
According to San Diego police Officer Tony Martinez, the man sustained severe head injuries as he bled from his head. After that, paramedics arrived and transported him to a local hospital.
Unfortunately, the driver involved, who drove a gray Dodge RAM pickup, left the scene after the crash. As a result, investigators are on the hunt for the driver and the suspected vehicle.
