RIVERSIDE, CA (August 2, 2022) – Monday morning, a man died in a pedestrian crash on 215 Freeway near Blaine Street.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 2:36 a.m. Moreover, it occurred on 215 Freeway, just north of Blaine Street.
 
Reports revealed that a silver Mercedes struck a male pedestrian. Reports described the pedestrian as a man wearing shorts and no shoes and was walking in the slow lane of the roadway. Then, the Mercedes driver remained at the scene and called CHP after the collision.
