VISALIA, CA (July 17, 2019) – A 36-year-old Visalia man is now in critical condition after a pedestrian accident at Walnut Avenue and Court Street Sunday night.

The man subsequently slammed against the windshield. As a result, paramedics transported him to Kaweah Delta Medical Center with critical injuries. However, the 46-year-old Visalia man driving the Honda did not sustain injuries.
