3-Car Accident in Manteca Sends 1 to Hospital
MANTECA, CA (December 17, 2019) — Major injuries sustained in a Highway 120 car accident Monday afternoon near Highway 99 in Manteca.
According to the California Highway Patrol Stockton office, the three-car accident involved a pickup truck, a big rig and a Dodge utility vehicle around noon.
Due to the severe nature of the crash, the pickup truck driver sustained major injuries. However, the other drivers’ conditions are unknown at this time.
Following the crash, drivers faced a closure in the No. 2 lane as investigators cleaned and canvassed the scene for evidence that had possibly led to the accident.
At this time, it is unclear whether drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
