Wrongful Death in San Francisco
It is clear now more than ever that one person’s negligence can have devastating effects on other individuals. This is quite common in accidents that result in death. Ultimately, it is crucial that the family of the victim becomes aware that they have the authority to file a wrongful death suit.
A lawsuit gives the loved ones of a departed family member some semblance of justice.
“The aftermath of tragic accidents can make everything difficult for a family. The last thing most families want to deal with is piles of paperwork, questions from insurance companies or defense attorneys, and attempting to obtain police reports” says Mark Sweet, an award-winning attorney at Sweet Lawyers.
