Lucy Kenney Dies in Two-Car Accident at Holly Street and Highway 101
SAN CARLOS, CA (March 27, 2019) – A 61-year-old woman lost her life in a two-car accident Tuesday morning at Holly Street and Highway 101 South.
Around 6:33 a.m., the San Mateo County deputies responded to reports of a two-car crash. Upon their arrival, deputies found Lucy Kenney unconscious and not breathing in her Honda H-RV.
Meanwhile, the driver and two passengers of the second vehicle – a Ford F-250 pickup truck towing a travel trailer and hauling landscaping equipment – escaped injury and declined medical attention.
Per reports, Kenney, 61, died at 7:30 a.m. after being rushed to Stanford Hospital.
Reports did not specify the ultimate cause of the crash, but authorities are seeking details.
