Los Angeles, CA (May 12, 2023) – On Thursday, 32-year-old Leonel Quintana lost his life in a Saticoy Street hit-and-run crash.

The authorities responded to Hinds Avenue at about 3:50 a.m. and located Quintana lying in the roadway.
