LASD Investigates Fallen Object Incident Injuring Officer on 57 Freeway in Los Angeles

Los Angeles, CA (April 27, 2022) – Wednesday evening, a Los Angeles County deputy sustained injuries when an object flew through the windshield while the deputy was traveling along the 57 Freeway in Diamond Bar.

The fallen object incident happened on April 27.

Reportedly, one of the officers was bleeding from the face, though the extent of the injury is unknown at this time. 

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department continues to further investigate the circumstances of this incident.
