Diesel Fuel Spilled After Semi-Truck Crash on Interstate 5
Grapevine, CA (October 26, 2020) – On Saturday, at least 55 gallons of diesel fuel spilled on the roadway after a semi-truck crash on Interstate 5.
The incident took place before 5 a.m south of Grapevine.
The California Highway Patrol said a vehicle attempted to pass a semi-truck when it accidentally crashed into possibly two semi-trucks.
The CHP said a road closure was expected for southbound I-5, lanes 2, 3, and 4, for a period of time.
Practice safe driving habits on the road at all times. Even when it is empty. Even when there is no police officer around to make sure you make a full and complete stop.
Avoid aggression and altercations with other drivers when driving your vehicle.
