Kortni Vinson Detained Following DUI Two-Car Wreck at North Sierra Way and West Highland Avenue
SAN BERNARDINO, CA (January 21, 2019) – A driver was killed, and two others were injured following a possible DUI two-car accident at North Sierra Way and West Highland Avenue Friday morning.
The Friday morning collision occurred around 12:15 a.m. Kortni Vinson was said to be traveling northbound on North Sierra Way in a Dodge Caliber when, according to police, she ran a red light and smashed into a westbound Chrysler 200. The driver piloting the Chrysler was killed and two passengers in one of the vehicles were hospitalized.
Police believe 26-year-old Vinson was under the influence of alcohol. They’re asking anyone with information regarding this deadly crash to call the San Bernardino Police Department at 909-384-5791.
