Toddler Injured in Laredo Auto Accident on 100 Obsidian Boulevard
LAREDO, TX (December 3, 2024) – Sunday afternoon, Kimberly Marlin Olguin was arrested after a startling rollover crash on 100 Obsidian Boulevard.
The incident that hurt a toddler happened on the 100 block of Obsidian Boulevard.
Police discovered a black SUV overturned, where 21-year-old Olguin was found holding a two-year-old child. Observing signs of intoxication, officers arrested Olguin.
The toddler was transported to the hospital for care, and Olguin now faces charges of DWI with a child under 15 and child endangerment.
