Kenneth Hyland of Georgetown Killed in Interstate 35 Accident [Temple, TX]

Temple, TX (August 29, 2023) – On Friday, 28-year-old Kenneth Hyland of Georgetown lost his life following an Interstate 35 accident.

Temple Police officers responded to the crash scene at about 8:28 a.m. on the southbound freeway near Exit #304.

Investigating authorities said Hyland was attempting to cross I-35 on foot heading westbound. He was able to cross the northbound traffic but was struck by a vehicle while attempting to cross southbound traffic.

Responding officers declared Kenneth Hyland dead at the scene.
