Kelly Dockins Arrested in Fatal DUI Collision on Trent Avenue [Spokane, WA]

Spokane, WA (Aug. 12, 2023) – On Friday afternoon, the authorities arrested Kelly Dockins following a fatal DUI collision on Trent Avenue.

Spokane Police Department said Dockins pulled onto Trent Avenue attempting to drive eastbound when his vehicle collided with a westbound car whose the driver and passenger dies at the scene. 

Moreover, a utility truck trying to avoid the collision was also involved in the accident.

SPD said Kelly Dockins was arrested at the scene on suspicion of DUI, and charged him with two counts of vehicular homicide.
