Kathleen Fillmore Killed 3 Others Injured in Single-Vehicle Crash on Tiger Creek Road
Pioneer, CA (Augst 17, 2021) On Saturday, 22-year-old Kathleen Fillmore died in a single-vehicle crash on vehicle Tiger Creek Road.
Authorities say that47-year-old Orval Flannery was driving west on his Cadillac at an unknown speed.
Moreover, Flannery let the vehicle travel off the southern part of the road when the vehicle flipped and rolled over several times.
Additionally, the vehicle rolled down a steep embankment.
The crash ejected Flannery, his 2 passengers Fillmore and 22-year-old Autumn Wilson, they were all not wearing seatbelts at the time.
Fillmore died at the scene, while both Flannery and Wilson sustained injuries.
Meanwhile, a 3-month-old baby was inside the vehicle during the crash. No word on the infant’s condition.
