Thermal, CA (May 12, 2023) – On Wednesday, Karla Juarez-Florez, 20, of Thermal, sustained fatal injuries following a 2-vehicle collision on Harrison Street.

The fatal collision occurred at about 8:50 p.m. in the 67000 block area wherein one of the vehicles sustained major damage.

Officers said another person was transported to a hospital while a third one refused medical care.

In the meantime, the authorities are investigating the cause of the fatal collision.
