REDLANDS, CA (December 10, 2019)—The life of a Beaumont woman was cut short Sunday morning following a high-speed crash on the 210 Freeway near West San Bernardino Avenue.
 
According to local authorities, Karina Sarah Bernas, 29, died at the scene shortly after the 4:00 a.m. crash.
 
Witnesses informed investigators that the SUV she drove left the over-crossing at its highest point at highway speeds. As a result, the SUV crashed just north of the 210 and 10 Freeway junctions.
 
Reasons concerning the motive behind the accident have not been determined. However, authorities are seeking the possible causes and are looking to witnesses for help.
