Los Angeles, CA (December 11, 2020) – On Friday, Karen Land, 60, was struck and killed by a Sheriff’s Department vehicle among others on Imperial Highway.
 
The fatal accident occurred at about 6:35 a.m. near Success Avenue.
 
The Los Angeles Police Department said the victim lost her life on the scene of the accident.
 
Meanwhile, the authorities withheld the identity of the deceased until Saturday.
 
Also, the police are investigating the circumstances of the Imperial Highway crash.
