A tractor-trailer, driven by Juan Carlos Ortiz, began slowly exiting in the No. 1 lane when the Pasadena man lost balance and fell backward. Unfortunately, he fell into the 47-year-old man’s path of travel before the semi-truck ran him over with the left rear tires.
The man died instantly, say reports. Authorities plan to release his identity once his family has been properly notified.
