Crash on West 5th Street Leaves Fontana Man Juan Ochoa Dead
San Bernardino, CA (April 15, 2021) – On Wednesday, 50-year-old Juan Ochoa of Fontana lost his life in a deadly two-vehicle crash on West 5th Street.
The fatal accident happened at 2:55 p.m. at the North G Street intersection.
Right away, rescuers took Ochoa to Loma Linda University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead in the emergency department at 3:56 PM.
