Whitney, TX (August 8, 2024) – 52-year-old Jason Collins of Whitney was fatally injured following a motorcycle crash on E Jefferson Street Monday afternoon.

It was about 5:11 p.m. when the three-vehicle crash happened in the 800 block area.

Responding officers declared Collins deceased at the crash scene.
