James Robles Dies in Motorcycle Collision on North Chester Avenue Near Roberts Lane
OILDALE, CA (February 25, 2019) – A 27-year-old Bakersfield man was killed in a motorcycle accident on North Chester Avenue near Roberts Lane Saturday.
James Richard Robles was identified as the motorcyclist traveling southbound on Chester Avenue. For unexplained reasons, the 27-year-old failed to stop at the red light and collided with another car.
Robles was immediately rushed to a hospital but died moments later. According to the California Highway Patrol, the motorist was not harmed in the collision. No other information was available, but an ongoing investigation continues.
