James Radzik Fatally Struck by Hit-and-Run Vehicle on North Towne Avenue Near Foothill Boulevard

 
CLAREMONT, CA (January 10, 2020)—Authorities are seeking the whereabouts of a hit-and-run driver who fatally struck a pedestrian on North Towne Avenue near Foothill Boulevard early Wednesday morning.
 
Firefighters located the pedestrian in the 1600 block of North Towne Avenue around 2:30 a.m. Upon arrival, paramedics pronounced him dead on scene.
 
The coroner’s office later identified the deceased victim as 50-year-old James Victor Radzik from Rancho Cucamonga.
 
At this time officers currently believe Radzik was killed by a hit-and-run vehicle. However, an investigation continues.
 
At this time, officials are seeking witnesses’ help and any surveillance footage that might have captured the incident. Authorities will release a description of the car once they determine further details.
