James Dailey Detained in DUI Accident Involving Local Bar on East Baseline Street Near Osbun Road
SAN BERNARDINO, CA (March 21, 2019) – Three people suffered minor injuries after a DUI driver crashed into a local bar on East Baseline Street near Osbun Road early Wednesday.
Around 12:15 a.m., firefighter-paramedics responded after receiving a report of a person in distress. Upon their arrival, they found the pickup truck speeding away and subsequently crashing into the Party Doll bar in the 25400 block of East Baseline Avenue.
Although about a dozen people occupied the building at the time, neither of them suffered any injuries. Three others, however, required hospitalization due to their minor injuries.
According to the bartender, the incident transpired so quickly.
News reports identified the 19-year-old suspect as James Dailey. Police subsequently arrested him on suspicion of DUI.
