Jackson Tsinnijinnie Struck and Killed by Vehicle on McDowell Road
Phoenix, AZ (January 15, 2021) – On Thursday, 22-year-old Jackson Tsinnijinnie lost his life in a pedestrian accident on McDowell Road.
The fatal road accident took place near 36th Street.
Tsinnijinnie was crossing the street when he was struck by a vehicle traveling eastbound on McDowell Road.
Authorities said he was not walking on a crosswalk at the time of the incident.
Phoenix Fire crews pronounced him dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, the involved driver remained at the scene and talked to the officer.
Police said neither speed nor impairment is believed to be a factor in this crash.
The authorities continue to investigate this incident.
