Williams, AZ (July 27, 2022) On Tuesday afternoon, 3 people died and a 4th person suffered injuries in a multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 40.
The AZDPS says that the fatal accident along I-40 involved a passenger car and 2 big rigs.
Authorities say that rescuers had to extricate the occupants of the car.
