Interstate 10 Deadly Collision Kills Pedestrian [San Bernardino, CA]

Pedestrian Fatally Struck by Vehicle in I-10 Vehicle Crash

San Bernardino, CA (July 22, 2022) On Thursday evening, a pedestrian was fatally struck in a deadly collision on Interstate 10.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal crash happened around 9:16 p.m. on eastbound I-10 before the Waterman Avenue exit.

Reports say that the pedestrian was walking in the traffic lanes when a vehicle passing by fatally struck the pedestrian.

Moreover, authorities say that rescuers arrive and found the pedestrian unresponsive. Paramedics provided life-saving measures, however, the victim did not survive. Officials pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene.

Authorities say that the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.

The CHP is investigating the incident and has not released additional information at the moment.
