Lanes Blocked on Chico Vehicle Accident on Mildred Avenue and East 1st Avenue
CHICO, CA (September 14, 2022) – Tuesday morning, a two-vehicle crash on Mildred Avenue and East 1st Avenue led to injuries.
According to the Chico Police Department, the incident happened on Mildred Avenue and East 1st Avenue.
Reports revealed that two vehicles collided for still unknown reasons. Then, the force of the crash pushed one of the vehicles to crash into a residential home.
Moreover, officials confirmed that the incident led to minor injuries but no one was transported to a hospital.
Furthermore, authorities said that the crash caused a gas leak in the area. Also, officers closed East 1st Avenue between Highway 99 and Arbutus Avenue to give way to the responders.
Meanwhile, the incident remained under investigation.
